1972 Triumph TR6 – 70,000 miles

Ending a terrific line of models the TR6 finished production in 1976 and all subsequent models like the TR7 had unfortunately lost the Sixties feel and looks of the original TR range.

So the TR6 was the end of an era of iconic cars.

This car has a Heritage certificate showing build of 1972 and export to USA.

Like many it returned to the UK in the 1991 and was converted to rhd and had some light restoration. Since then it has only had two owners and a full trail of mot’s from 1992 up to 2014 to support the mileage displayed of  70,800 miles.

It is a solid car on the body and chassis and the panel fit is very good especially on the doors and bonnet, boot areas.

Overall it is a good useable classic which although not concours will be a safe future investment at this money.

There is a history file accompanying the car including mot’s and invoices.

Finished in Jasmine yellow she sits very well with a rust free body thanks to its early life in the USA.

Once on the move she sounds great with a twin exhaust pipe rasping like a Big Healey!

There is a new mot and full recent service and of course a comprehensive 3 month warranty.
