1973 Alfa Romeo GTV 2000
93,000 Miles

The Alfa Junior Coupe range styled by Bertone caused a real stir when it was introduced in 1963, with it’s stunning looks and range of twin cam power plants it was soon clear that they drove beautifully and road tests of the day extolled their virtues.

Powerful lovely sounding engines, slick five speed gearboxes and nimble well balanced handling meant that they drove better than most of their contemporaries including competitors from Stuttgart and Modena!

The production run carried on until 1977 when Alfa eventually bowed to the trend of wedge shaped cars and introduced the Alfetta Coupe.

This is a UK supplied car with only 5 owners in total the last but one owning her for some 34 years.

She has enjoyed ongoing maintenance over the years and is in superb condition with some original trim features you do not see anymore.

There are also mots dating from the 1970s to current authenticating the mileage of 93,000 miles along with original handbooks in the history file.

On the road she drives beautifully with a smooth gearbox and throaty engine making her one of the nicest GTVs I have driven and everything works as it should do including the period radio!

The value and prices are rising on the understated GTV and original rhd ones are becoming difficult to find.

Supplied fully inspected, serviced with a 12 month comprehensive warranty.
