1967 Triumph Tr4a IRS

By 1968 the TR range was becoming quite old fashioned especially as its closest rival MG had a more modern “chassis less” model that was

cheaper and produced easily in much greater numbers.

So by 1968 Triumph began to move onto the 6 cylinder TR5 and 6 models finally ending the 16 year production of 4 cylinder engines.

This UK market IRS car is fitted with a Surrey top, overdrive gearbox and wire wheels

She is a good useable old girl with a new mot and drives well with good gearbox and overdrive.

The bodywork is tatty in places and certainly not up to the standard of our £30k plus examples on offer
