1969 TRIUMPH TR6 150 BHP – SOLD

The Triumph TR6 was the best-selling Triumph in history when production ended in 1976, but was later surpassed by the TR7 as the demand for a wedge-shaped modern design was high.

This is a very early car produced in March 1969 example for the UK market and finished in New White from new with a Heritage certificate.

She was completely restored in 2001 and has covered around 13000 miles since and still presenting beautifully, enjoying ongoing maintenance at Triumph specialists inc Enginuity.

Supplied with a good history file, restoration photos this TR6 is undoubtedly one of the earliest examples we have ever offered being one of the first few hundred built and also drives as well as she looks.

Fitted with the more powerful 150bhp engine from new and overdrive she drives very well with enough power to make long-distance cruising easy.

Upgraded of course with a Bosch fuel pump, KMi fuel regulator, electronic ignition, kenlowe fan to ensure reliability.
