The Xj40 Jaguars were becoming very dated and it was time to move on with a more modern design so finally Jaguar modernised the XJ and launched the x308  in 1997.

As well as all new bodywork ,suspension the interior was finally modernised with the latest style instruments which was very in vogue at this time.

This is a stunning Sovereign which has enjoyed continual maintenance inc recent new timing chains and air con refurbished.

Finished in Mistral blue with beige full leather she is in perfect condition having been cosseted all her life .

All handbooks, service book are in the history file as are old mots, service invoices even the original handover cassette provided by Jaguar.

On the road, it’s hard to believe she is 20 years old with super smooth ride ,silky engine and gearbox belying her age.
