The Naylor TF 1700 was inspired by the MG TF built at Abingdon during the 1950’s, developed as an improved form of the original with increased power and improved braking and suspension while still retaining the looks, styling and spirit of the TF.

Only a couple of hundred were built and it’s likely most are still surviving due to their high build quality.

They were fully type-approved and had the full backing of the Austin/Rover group. The chassis is steel, the body is mounted on an ash frame and the body panels are also steel.

There is a comprehensive history file, including service invoices, magazine articles, brochures etc.

On the road, the Naylor is fat superior to the original 1950s car and is designed to work in a modern environment /traffic whilst retaining the classic looks.
